Quality control

Ensuring the high quality of products in line with the health and safety of food, from production to transportation, storage, and consumption, is one of our main goals in SCHWAN GROUP PARSEH Food Industries. One of the most effective and important units involved in this issue is our Quality Control Unit. The quality control unit has included many processes and measures in its programs so that the optimization of the entire organization's activity is regularly evaluated and monitored. Among these measures, the following can be mentioned:

Implementation and execution of the principles and criteria for testing the quality of raw materials;

Assessing the quality of output product and analyzing quality data;  

Constant control and monitoring of production and curing machines;  

Monitoring of equipment, and of packaging, loading, transferring, and shipping manufactured products; and

Monitoring the products till consumption stage and responding to questions and dealing with possible problems.

In order to organize and systematize optimizations and control the quality better, we have tried to take steps under the supervision of domestic and international quality standards and to act in accordance with the latest and most up-to-date control methods. What we have done in this regard is obtaining certificates of quality standards from regulatory and executive authorities:

HACCP

HACCP or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System is a process control system that identifies hazards. Taking the required measures during the food production process may decrease hazards at each stage of this process.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 standard is called a quality management system, meaning that it seeks to establish a system that manages quality throughout the organization. As you know, management means planning, controlling, directing, and monitoring, and in ISO 9001, these elements are supposed to be executed through a quality approach.

ISO 14000

As an effective and active element in the management system, ISO 14000 improves the environmental performance of the organization, makes the management system coherent and standardized, coordinates the implementation and management of affairs, acquaints managers with problem solving methods, and identifies existing structural barriers.

ISO 22000

ISO 22000 standard is called food safety management system and is for organizations that operate in the food chain.
