Schwan GP offers two types of ice cream powder in different flavors for production factories and also for export to neighboring countries. The first type is full ice cream powder, only mixed with water and fat, and the second type is sugar-free.
Fat-free or fatty ice cream powder is a product containing ingredients with properties determined by the National Standard of Iran, which is produced through ice cream machines and industrial production complexes in order to produce ice cream according to the instructions announced by the company. Ice cream powder is one of the easiest ways to prepare ice cream; by mixing powder (of the desired flavor) with a certain amount of water or milk, the desired ice cream is prepared.
